A degree in psychology and training in career counseling has also served to enhance the advice she can provide to her clients and candidates. Her recruiting background is filled with satisfied clients who repeatedly return to Lorene, confident in the knowledge that she will find the best candidate for the opportunity. Her client base has grown almost exclusively as a result of referrals from satisfied clients and candidates. Lorene Nagata, the principal of NagataConnex is closely involved with each assignment. She considers this crucial in finding the best candidate for the position you wish to fill.
